◎简　　介
　　未来天下，军方研制强化战士作战才能的药剂，却画蛇添足致使大量公众沾染失利的尝试制剂，并由此诞生了身材异于凡人的生化人群体。军方兴修了庞大的隔离修建，同时研发出对于生化人的终极兵器，因而生化人构造派出女战士紫罗兰（Milla Jovovich 饰）潜入军方内部，用暴力方式将终极兵器掠取。紫罗兰难耐猎奇，于路将终极兵器包装翻开以后发现里面居然是一位男童（Cameron Bright 饰），本来男童具有可以消灭生化人的血液抗原，紫罗兰以为血液抗原亦可使生化人返回人类形状，不满构造的粗鲁处理方式遂决意变节，携自称“6号”的男童踏上了躲避军方和生化人构造的亡命之旅。而男童的背后，还有更大的奥秘尚未揭开。
