◎简　　介
　　协力击败马交文以后，king（刘德华 饰）与化骨龙（张家辉 饰）结合化骨龙的表哥阿叻（陈百祥 饰）欺骗了恶人大眼文一笔钱。当他们筹算享用一番之际，大眼文把化骨龙抓走了。King与阿叻则被警方带到与中方高层碰头，他们被派往拉斯维加斯缉捕大老千Peter朱（万梓良 饰）。为了获得巨款拯救化骨龙，king接管了此次使命，前往拉斯维加斯。                                    
                                在拉斯维加斯，谨慎（郁芳 饰）与阿扁（林熙蕾 饰）一心想找到金龟婿，后来加入了king的老千行列。终究他们碰到了Peter，两人相互欺骗更屡次比武，敌意渐生。                                    
                                King用阿扁做饵蛊惑Peter成功，他们经过沙漠公路到洛杉矶，途中Peter死力逃走。众人在沙漠奋力奋斗。Peter的手下居然用直升机拯救，幸亏king神机奇谋，顺遂把Peter带回香港。
