◎简　　介
　　小时辰由于脑膜炎使洋葱头（任贤齐 饰）落空视力及措辞的才能，后来他一边在接管治疗一边在医院工作。他一向喜好持久照顾他的护士秋男（张柏芝 饰），可是那时医院里的胡医生（苏永康 饰）也同时在追求秋男。洋葱头终究在一个早晨向秋男剖明，秋男也接管了他的爱意。可是洋葱头在回家的路上被车撞死了，在天堂里的洋葱头乞求天使让他回到人世可以了结他与秋男的豪情，可是只要5天的时候。                                    
                                洋葱头以保险观察员的身份接近秋男并大献周到，可是秋男还是没法忘记生前的洋葱头，洋葱头感动之余也使秋男逐步发现了本来他就是洋葱头，而5天后的早晨，正是他们要再次分隔的时辰……
