　　《4:48恋爱异常》的素材是英国剧作家莎拉肯恩(Sarah Kane)最初一本剧作，讲的是作家在疗养院治疗郁闷症，发觉自己天天会在早晨4点48分醒来，比方着「天亮之前最深的黑暗」，而肯恩写完剧本后，才刚28岁的她在精神医院上吊自杀。该部剧作成功地表示出一个生命个体，也是一位女性、一位创作者，剧烈而近乎暴力的生命强度，这样的强度摆荡了在世与灭亡之间的界限，而她也正是在这样一个极端腐败却又极端迷乱的情况下，走上灭亡之路。                                       
                                    电影很奇妙地将莎拉肯恩的剧作与她本人的现实遭受连系，故事从一位年轻美丽的女孩被导演选上起头。女孩为了演好她的脚色，以及贴切地进入另一条理-身为该脚色缔造者的莎拉肯恩里头，做了很是多的预备，投入很是多的时候与精神，致使她本来的生活朝不保夕，到后来甚至由于入戏太深，再也没法分辨她是以哪一个「自己」在判定与经营自己的生活。借着一个女孩在琢磨角...
