　　「少女情懷總是詩」，是1977年坎城影展最受爭議的影片，以大膽而唯美的映像，描写一位情竇初開的女學生與她的初戀，而她的戀愛過程中，又牽扯到女同性戀的情節。標題的「碧麗提絲」，是古希臘一位生活在賽浦路斯的交際花，據說她曾經以跟她同一個時代的古希臘女詩人賽佛（Sappho）類似的風格，寫下很多描写女同道愛情生活的詩篇，是以後來成了西方女同道的象徵人物，而她和賽佛所居住的小島「蕾絲柏斯」（Lesbos），更是女同道「蕾絲邊」（Lesbian）這個名詞的來源。1955年，最早建立的女同道組織之一，就用「碧麗提絲的女兒」（Daughters of Bilitis）當作名稱。 ◎幕后揭秘 　　影片改编自法国同性恋作家Pierre Louys 的原著小说《比利蒂斯之歌》，1955年在美国建立的第一个女同性恋构造“The Daughters of Bilitis”的名字即源于此。而高文曲家德彪西曾根据《比利蒂斯之歌》中的一首诗《The Flute》 创作了著名的印象派管弦乐《牧神午后序曲》。 　　这部影片中的主题曲可谓历史上最著名的恋爱旋律之一，是很多乐迷们的最爱。而音乐家提姆·莱斯对这部配乐主旋律很是激赏，出格征得本片配乐作者Francis Lai的赞成，填上了英文歌词，改编成风行歌曲“The Second Time”，由天下音乐剧名伶Elaine Paige唱出，成了她的招牌歌曲之一。 　　本片配乐作者Francis Lai荣获1978年法国恺撒电影奖最好配乐提名。
