　　没没无闻村落男孩，摇身一酿成为气吞山河的摇滚之王，猫王出色平生，由他站上舞台那刻展开。猫王被司理人Tom Parker上校（汤姆·汉克斯 饰）发崛，助他走上国际巨星之路，但史无前例的名与利，加上社会与文化变迁，令猫王一度丢失自我，二人在20多年之间成长出一段布满冲突的复杂关系。这段富丽星途里，猫王也遇上了影响他最深的女人Priscilla Presley（奥利维亚·德容格 饰）。多首典范金曲伴着慑人舞姿，歌迷影迷无不沉迷。
